Pathetic service

nedbank close my account without let me know , now my account is close , My fiance who is using Nedbank send me money via send imali , i cannot access my the money cause they have blocked my profile.i was at the bank Saturday and Monday they cannot help me over the phone its a same story now I do not have food and rent money . I m failing to understand if they close my account why money in on the money Mobi, when i asked they what is the reason they have close my account they say cannot tell. I just want my money , I have Notice that Nedbank has PATHETIC SERVICE ON BLACKS.
