Pathetic service

Firstly, to locate a number for Vehicle finance is a mission. I am a client of Nedbank for over two years with my small business account, my foreign account and investment. I called my personal Banker on Monday the 13th , today 15th no response if application approved. Called her twice today phone just rings. I called ABSA on the 13th, within 15 minutes the finance was approved. I lodged a complaint with their complaints department, waiting for their response.
