PATHETIC SERVICE

Waited at nedbank bedford centre for over 30 minutes to apply for a replacement card, only 2 tellers available, bank manager on a call, trllers not interested and absolutely pathetic service, a ticket is issued with a 15 minute SLA, staff are rude and unempathetic and the branch has lost its service journey to customers.
