Pathetic service

I had loan with you. I paid the settlement amount last week Wednesday. You keep telling me the money is not reflecting. I have calling and calling. This morning I spoke to the consultant who advise that the issue is resolved. But still the money isn't reflecting. You have deducted the monthly debit order amount for a loan I have already paid off.

You services is disgusting. I used the correct account number. An amount coming from a different bank does it have to two weeks to reflect on your side?

Please fix this and send back the money you have deducted from my account.
