Pathetic service & call centre harassment.

I have now had nearly a dozen phone calls from Nedbank Card Collections looking for someone by the name of Travis Ford on my cellphone number. I have REPEATEDLY told all the agents that the number does NOT belong to Travis Ford. They say that they will make a note of this but then some time later another agent will phone again. Please stop the harassment !!!
