Pathetic service

I'm so disappointed with Nedbank. I recently opened a bank account, received my card Was told it will be activated after 10 minutes, thinking I would be able to just use it. Was able to get assistance to pay some bills and used the cash send option. Today I go to use my card to withdraw money from my account as I got help from a friend to buy food and meds (I am a chronic patient) My account is blocked because why money went in to a new account and I was unsure of how to use the app so while trying to set ATM limits etc I was kicked of and blocked. After several phone calls being placed on hold since morning visiting the branch, they also had no hope of contacting their head office I was sent home They tell me to wait. When I was opening my account they was there to assist me same time to get an account running the moment there's money in they want it blocked??? How does this work really??
