Pathetic service by Nedbank Insurance

My geyser started giving problems in November 2020. Even though everything has been replaced, the geyser is still not working. The reason is that they are appointing *********** plumbers and electricians to do the work. Due to their shoddy work problems occur time and time again. When one phones their customer care/claims department you continuously get cut off. Do not insure with Nedbank!!!!!
