Pathetic service

Very extremely unsatisfied unhappy and disappointed with the forex lady (Ruth) at Nedbank Clearwater Mall. Please give her another positon if she is so uninterested in answering our questions, explaining things to us properly and helping us make a good decision for our travels . Most unfriendly, unhelpful and lazy person. I will NEVER use Nedbank forex again. And most definitely not Clearwater branch.
