Pathetic service at Nedbank victoria Street Durban

Nedbank victoria street has absolutely pathetic service. My mom went to Nedbank Victoria street to open an account in order to have proceeds of her funeral cover paid into the Nedbank account. However when she gets there she informs them that she does not work she is only opening a basic account to have her Nedbank funeral cover paid however the consultant told her she cant have that basic account. They can only open an account that will require a minimum of R500 monthly. When she said she doesnt work the consultation said you will take your groceries money put it in and then take it out. Then she further says thats nedbank policy she will call a manager to speak to her. My mother calls me upset cause i vouched for nedbank and said its the vest place to insure. The manager absolutely rude says who am i. I asked her nicely what is the issue in opening a basic transactor account. She insists in asking who i am. I told the branch manager that its not relevant who i am. I need to know why we are being given pathetic service and she and ger staff are being rude. Nedbank victoria street staff and branch manager had pathetic service. They lack empathy. I wish i had recorded the call cause im disgusted. She was not treated fairly.
