Pathetic Service at Nedbank in New Market Mall

Good evening

I would like to complain about the bad service at Nedbank in Alberton (New Market Mall). The lady did not have patience as I try to explain to her that account state is not existence when I am trying to add on the FNB application. The response from he was that I must go and sit somewhere so that she can deal with her client. I was so disappointed as I was assisted by the ladies who were at the Help Desk.
