Pathetic Service at Nedbank

I am extremely frustrated with Nedbank. They are such an inconvenience in my life. I closed my account in March 2020. The account was magically reopened in Oct/Nov 2024 without my consent. No transaction was made to the account in that whole time period. The staff are unable to tell me how the account was reopened. I have been receiving sms for outstanding balance of R18 on this account that I never requested to be opened. I went to Nedbank Clearwater in December when I started receiving these sms and asked to sort it out. The account is still open. They are useless and cannot even close an account which has been inactive for the past 5 years.
