Pathetic service and no help at all

Been waiting more than 40minutes without any assistance just to sort out my money app.

This is exact reason why I closed the account in the first place. Nedbank service is so pathetic with only 2 tellers and others just walking around. I asked the guy who was just hanging around when will I be assisted cause I’ve been waiting here for long and people who just came in got assisted before me- they have bad attitude and drag there feet. I left without any help.
