Pathetic service and no care attitude

Initially I app**** for a loan 2 months ago - never received feedback. Then I had to repeat the entire process again. Then Chelsin Constance advised that money was paid out on 28 April. (who is now completely ignoring my mails) I also messaged Nedbank on Facebook and they advised the same. It is now the 5th and money is still not reflecting. Then I call in and speak to another lady and she says there is no loan on my name. YET IS SHOWS ON MY CREDIT REPORT!!!!!! I am fuming and nobody seems bothered to assist!
