Pathetic service and Fund not being calculated properly

This is a review for The Hub that is sending my father who is late for almost 2 years now. Nedbank sends letters of demand on behalf of The Hub , stating that my dad is owing exorbitant funds, yet his balance was zero before he passed on. This is absolute pathetic, a violation. How is it that a dead man owes money from zero to R800, then bank to zero and now R400 yet my mom went in to the store and submitted documents. Clearly there are some *********** people working in your frontline. please contact me
