Pathetic service and extremely poor communication

Clearscore advertised a Nedbank Credit card account with low monthly charges. I decided to give it a go. I've been with my current bank since 1994, but every penny counts these days. A consultant phoned me and the card was approved. After 2 days I received an email informing me that the card was declined. I have a very high credit score and none of my bank applications has ever been declined and I never missed any payment ever before. This is an absolute slap in the face. During the process there was no communication from Nedbank's side, and my emails went unanswered. Absolutely pathetic!
