Pathetic service

POOR POOR POOR SERVICE!! My husband transferred money from his 1 Nedbank account into his other Nedbank account. They keep yelling him in next 5 working days they will Transfer the money back. It has been 20 working days already and still NOTHING!! Pathetic really
