Pathetic service

Nedbank you are PATHETIC... my father passed away 17 months ago & we have had confirmation that his account has been closed BUT every month Nedbank send my mother an sms stating that my LATE Fathers Account has a low balance !!!! Get your BUTTs into gear and sort this issue out & my next step will be LEGAL !!!!!
