PATHETIC SERVICE

Bad customer service with the Nedbank. I need my Avo account to be closed and removed under my profile on Nedbank app. I called the Call Centre was told to go the Branch, went to the Branch (Protea Glen) on Monday and I was told to call the Call centre. I was given the ref number:***. Just got a call now and I am being referred to the Branch again. I don't have time for such incompetence. Nedbank service is appalling. Protea Glen opened at 9:10am on Monday. Nonsense!!!!!
