Pathetic service

On the 02nd January 2025 there was a transaction on my account from Facebook and I don’t even own a Facebook account,I went to the branch in Hlahatsi and they told me there wouldn’t help me and bearing in mind this wasn’t the first incident but a lot transactions has been happening in my account and they alway say one thing.

Nedbank has really failed me because it’s not a bank that you can really rely on.
