Pathetic Service

I am writing this with so much disappointment in this Nedbank home loan sector, i was debited twice last month on my home loan, when i enquire i was told that i my account was i arrears because i was supposedly to have started my repayments in February however they started debiting in March, now my question was whose fault it is now and i have asked why did they not reach out to me, to my surprise they have called my next of kin registered, so convenience for me as their client not to be advised and all to find out that my details are incorrect on their system, i have logged a complain but no one has gotten back to me.
