Pathetic Service

What a pathetic and disgusting service I have received from Nedbank today from Natasha. An extremely RUDE client care agent… who failed to resolve my issue and ended up transferring my to a wrong department, I was transferred to collections department instead of complaints department just because she doesn’t want to listen to me . I needed proof of payment however they could not assist me with anything but they can see the transaction, and I can’t use my statement as proof of payment because the payment does not reflect of the statement but the money went off. Wow.. Nedbank you need to train your people, I’ve been banking with other banks and I haven’t dealt with such a RUDE bank agent as this one.
