Pathetic Service

I opened an account for my son 2 months back and it’s been saying Pending Activation. I was advised to go to a branch which I did 2 times and today as well which makes it 2 times. I was told it has been escalated but nothing has happened. I’m very irate and not happy with their service. They keep saying they will call me back but nothing. Thinking of changing banks even
