Pathetic service.

Nedbank did me wrong. I opened an account online and I wanted to switch my salary to them. I followed all the online steps and I got the salary switch letter and I have requested my company to update my banking details . This was done on the 8th August and till this day I did not get my card nor my app to work. Everytime I contact the call center they drop my call but I am receiving endless sms to apply for a loan. I am so disappointed by this kind of service I mean I'm just trying to open an account why is this so hard to do??
