Pathetic Service

The absolute worst bank by far!!!! Approved for max personal loan amount. Then declined due to my employer not having a branch in South Africa. Gives me the run around for 3 days, with a poor excuse even though my income over the last 2 years reflects on my bank statements.

To make matters worse, they approved me previously for a smaller loan amount as well as a credit card. Absolutely ridiculous service from a pathetic bank.
