Pathetic service

I have had the worst possible experience dealing with Happy Mashego and her manager Tshepho Mkhonto. They have been sitting on my issue for two months. I logged a complaint on the Nedbank website and nothing has been done till today. Incredibly *********** and unwilling to assist. I just can't believe how useless these two are. It is just shocking and frightening. I escalated the matter to their manage and even she has not responded to my email. It's just unbelievable how an organisation can treat their customers like this. Pathetic.
