Pathetic Service

I want to express my disappointment for Nedbank Port Alfred. Their service is truly pathetic. After standing for hours there is no social distancing and what’s worse is the staff don’t care. In these uncertain times one would think u can get some piece of mind when entering a branch which has been rendered an essential service, would do their beat to assist their clients. I entered the branch made a deposit and then they froze my account
