Pathetic service

The Nedbank legal recovery department debited 42,000 from my account without my authorisation on the 24th of December ,one day before Christmas they did not inform me about this and left my accounts in a -6700 imagine not discussing this with a client and debiting the account against my authorisation .I have made arrangements with the relevant lawyers for the account to be debited the sad reality is this bank is not for the people the standard has dropped and they have changed completely . I’m not happy with this bank at all Please get someone to call me to cancel everything I have with this bank in addition to to that I’ve escalated to the batsmen imagine having a credit card with 20,000 in the bank debiting you 40,000 a day before Christmas no empathy no mercy no Assistance it’s really disappointing my dad being to this bank for years is telling me it’s the best bank that’s the reason why I chose Nedbank it’s my biggest regret if only my dad was around for me to let him know as well it’s utterly disappointing. Please send me all call recordings , the Tcf process was not practiced
