Pathetic service

I recently opened a Nedbank Pay as you go account to transfer money from my access bond for use, as this was recommended by Nedbank to be the easiest way to get my money, instead of going to the branch. I then got the Nedbank My Money app, however, I can not transfer money to any other account because i dont have a SMS authorisation. I called Nedbank 3 times, the call cut off 3 times and nobody called me back or is bothering to assist me. Absolutely pathetic service.
