Pathetic Service

I went to Nedbank Limpopo Mall today to do notice on my fixed deposit.I was told to stand on the queue without ticket number and only after two hours when I asked I was told that I was standing on the wrong queue and no staff seemed to know what queue I need to stand on and I ended up leaving without being helped and in my 14 years using this bank I have never experienced such a pathetic service cause no one seem to know what is going on in that bank.
