Pathetic service

I am extremely disappointed with the pathetic service received despite being a customer for many years. There has been an ongoing issue regarding an amount that was supposed to be reversed back into my account but this has never happened. I can't seem to understand what the issue is as this is my money and I actually don't know where this money is at the moment!!
