Pathetic service

I would not advise anyone to purchase on avo. I purchased an iphone 13 128gig on the 17th of November delivery was for 23rd November till today 30th of November i have not received my parcel the worst part is no one has contacted me regarding the delay on my parcel I have been the one doing the running around contacting them etc. the last communication I had with them was a claim was logged with the supplier that was on the 25th till this day no response. I asked for management to contact me still nothing no one contacted me. Im never doing business with them again. Im not sure why Nedbank is associating them selves with a company like this pathetic service.
