Pathetic Service

I started with a Credit card application on the 12 of December. I have to call every time to find out the status. I dont get any feedback if I dont call first. Finally I was told to collect my card from the branch. I get there with all my details and just to be told that FICA needs to be done it will take another 24-48 hours that I have to wait. I send all my documents through more than once. She only took my ID this morning and nothing else. I need assistance now. This is pathetic service.
