Pathetic service

<p>Nedbank has to be the most pathetic bank in the world, this time they take the cake. They offered me some no funds something and now they're are saying it's not activated, so I went on their complaints department and this lady I spoke says I need to remember when and where I did otherwise they can't help me? Huh? Wow! Hands down for this...</p>
