Pathetic Service

I have been trying to get hold of deceased estates home loans for over a week now. No replies to emails and their numbers are either down or invalid. I can't even get through via the call center. Nedbank are an absolute joke. Trying to get simple questions answered is proving impossible!!!!! Does anybody work there??
