pathetic service-*******

nedbank has double debited my account for my homeloan. i have been trying since yesterday to get them to reverse my money as my debit orders have now been rejected by my bank and all they do is transfer me from 1 department to another. they refuse to assist saying its not their department and transfer me again. again im on the line from 08am this morning after been transferred around they drop the call on me at 09:17am. this is the worst service i have ever received in my life
