Pathetic Service

My account has been blocked only because I received funds that they suspected were *****ulent, which were not. I sent all the details, documents and proof that was requested yet my account is still blocked. They investigator has gone silent with no update. This is very tiring because of the time of the year they decide to do this. My family depends on these funds that I don't have access to and it's festive season. This service is very bad and I trusted banking with you and I regret that decision with my life!!!
