Pathetic Service

Please close my business account with immediate effect. <br> <br> First of all the account was opened online. The other 2 people that I requested for cards never picked it up and now the account is frozen needs FICA. If it is a business FICA hen that is utter ******* cause I sent the sales consultant everything company registration everything. <br> <br> I don't want to deal with you guys anymore- I had 2 interactions with the institute and both experiences left me with a bitter taste in my mouth. <br> <br> I requested for the 2 additional cardholders to be removed seeing that they never picked up their cards and it is affecting my account. <br> <br> No they must come in to the branch- what utter *******. <br> <br> Please close the account - I am not interested in doing any business with you.
