Pathetic Service!!!

I recieved a message regarding a Naedos debit that Nedbank wants to process on the 13th of December.I then called them to cancel it as I will only get paid on the 17th of December reference for the call is ***6 and date of the call is 26/11/2019. I called again yesterday confirming that there will be no debit done for both the loan and MFC account and I was assured there is no debit to be processed today the 13th of December.Nedbank is a curse in my life!!! and I have experienced nothing but tremendous stress ever since I am a client and being on my last trimester of pregnancy I will blame Nedbank should anything happen to my unborn baby as they have caused so much stress and tension. I demand immediate reversal of the debit and Nedbank must pay bank charges as I had insufficient funds in my account!
