Pathetic service

I keep getting calls from Nedbank but no message left.....Also i have communicated on fb asking if my payment was received but no one is willing to go check if the payment is received.The payment was made via eft yesterday....Can someone please check if that payment was received. The social media team not very helpful.Please do not call me i am not always with my phone. Email me instead
