Pathetic service

<p>My salary was paided into my credit card which is blocked and bow nedbank refuses to pay it back to me. They made the decision of taking R11000 of my salary thinking its ok that I pay my full balance of my credit card now. Who are you to think you can make such a decision? Who are you to with hold my salary and make me wait 10 days for it to be refunded. I want a competent person from the debt review to call me and tell me why nedbank feels it's okay to make financial decisions like this. I was told I can't get my full salary back as they will be seeing as reckless, it's not lending nedbank ... it's giving me my ****** salary back. It may feel fine for you people to take your time, but I am the asshole suffering here. ********** . I want a manager to contact me ... not your useless staff.</p>
