Pathetic service

Nedbank offers the utmost **** service. I have been given the run around to get a credit card closed and yet I don't even own a credit card with Nedbank. The address on the statement is not even my address I line in natal and that address is for someone one in East London. I was told previously like over a month ago that the account would be closed and a paid up letter would be sent to me. Today after going through to 10 consultants I was told to go to the police station to get an affidavit confirming that I don't have a card.. Really admit the Corona lockdown!!! a further delay tactic to play the fool with people. The height of incompentance
