Pathetic service

I’ve made payment for my vehicle for months in advance, however I’ve been debited for the month of Aug. I’ve been trying to reach MFC with no success !!!! I was communicating with them to avoid this problem a being debited. I would like a refund on this because I’ve paid for Aug as soon as possible ! I hate this pathetic service from Nedbank MFC to be honest. CAN THIS HE SORTED OUT?
