Pathetic Service

This branch is the worst run store in allNedbanks in Alberton, today i had to stand in a que outside for 20 mins, im sitting inside waiting fr a teller for the past 23min and still waiting.. there is still 6 tickets for tellers before its my turn... they have 2 tellers assiting E tickets and T tickets.. the 2 tellers have customers in front of them for over 15 mins already.. this is pathetic service.. im sure thr more staff to assist
