Pathetic Service

I have called Nedbank twice, been cut off once and held on for a further 13 minutes for someone to assist me and nobody comes back on the line. I cannot believe that this is the pathetic service we get. I want to speak to someone regarding reducing my capital on the extra money that I have been paying on my bond. My number is ***
