Pathetic service

I logged a dispute with Nedbank November I sent all the necessary documents. I got an email from them acknowledging my dispute and said they will give feedback within 31 days it's now over months no feedback from them such a big reputed financial company that does not take financial queries seriously, I need my money ASAP that is my money I've been with Nedbank forever with their pathetic service I will cancel use.
