What a service from Nedbank, I have been running after them as if I need the business

I have been trying to get an issue resolved since Tuesday till today nothing has been resolve surely thus I how they handle tjrlwir clients I wonder when it's comes to claims do they give the same service, I am really fed up n all I want is them to cancel the policy.....
