Worst company to deal with!! Do not take out insurance with them. They enjoy taking your premiums and love rejecting your claims... I believe the actual insurance company is Auto and general And the person who deals with your claim is THI who are known for finding small errors to decline. What makes it worse you have to call them for updates.
