Pathetic security system!!!!!!

Very disappointed in this bank! My account have been hacked and all the have to say is sorry, block and replace your card, AGAIN! I know these things happen but the way the staff are nonchalant about it is really disappointing. We trust them with our hard earned money and all they have to say is sorry we try our best to keep your money safe, well your best is clearly not good enough Nedbank. You have lost me and a few other customers for good.
