Pathetic Professional Banking Services.

I am really sadden by Nedbank Professional Banking Services, as I am a client with Nedbank for a very long time and always speak highly of this bank. To receive this kind of service is absolutely pathetic. Why have professional bank with a private banker when you have to chase them to do things for you. This is the reason I cancelled my professional banking and went to the savy bundle. Been trying to get my Private bank to confirm what the hell she did on my account as when I call the call centre they say my professional banking still active, despite me picking up my palatium cheque cards yesterday. I email my banker to advise what is going on, she was to get my cheq and credit card delivered to me, but I only received the cheq cards. I emailed her to cancel professional banking and advise where is my credit card and till now no feedback. This is pathetic service.
