Pathetic private wealth Nedbank

My Nedbank decided to close my private client cheque account without notifying me.u salary gets paid and they refuse to grant me access to my salary saying I must wait 3 days . I have a father who is a stroke patient who is dependent on medication that I need to collect and pay for today my sons schools fees are due but Nedbank doesn’t give a **** . I get told I must wait 3 days to access my own salary they don’t give a **** who suffers who must pay the penalties absolutely pathetic
